Behind-the-Wheel Instruction
In order to start behind-the-wheel training, you must be 15½ and have your temporary state driver's permit or temps.
As part of the Behind-the-Wheel Instruction, you will participate in six two-hour, behind-the-wheel sessions required by Wisconsin state law.
During one hour of each session, you will be in the driver's seat, learning first-hand the ins and outs of the road. The last hour of each session will then be spent observing another student driver.
Regulations
The state of Wisconsin requires a minimum of 19 days between the first and last behind-the-wheel lesson. Students under 18 years of age must also possess their temporary permit for no less than six months prior to taking the state licensing road test.
Taking your Driver's Test
When taking your state licensing road test, Pro Active Driving School has you covered!
Prior to taking your scheduled test, we will pick you up and give you the opportunity to review the skills and techniques required to successfully pass your driver's test. Then, Pro Active Driving School will provide you with the same school-owned vehicle you've practiced with to take your test. (Additional fees apply.)
